The good news: I found a really good site for freelance writers, and I even got a small job already. It won't be much money, but it's fun and it's a start. And it's income, which I've been short on. God bless

It's interesting to me to read the parts of your workout that give you trouble. I'm not sure I could do anything other than the 800m run at the beginning that you did, but I would breeze through that without much problem at all. It's like we're speaking different languages or something. =)

And may I just say I'm really, really impressed by your workouts? Granted, I don't know the CrossFit vocabulary, but I do know the equipment names & am suitably amazed. I'd be doing well to jog a mile these days, although my lifting capability is reasonable what with young kids & my hubby's music gear. I can imagine what carrying a 25-lb weight in one hand would feel like, and yes, that's a workout in itself!
I hope the aches fade soon! {grin}
