Everything went very well with the Dutch painting. I was most pleased, and I did remember to take my camera.

The painting is indeed gorgeous!!!

"my tears don't compromise my strength" - That's good, actually. And I will remind myself of that the next time I randomly burst into tears.

It came from the new Kleenex "Let it out" campaign. I believe the speaker in question was talking about her experiences and losses with Hurricane Katrina.Tis very wise.

Why thank you, m'am. It's always nice to hear praise from a colleague.

Roma is in our top three favorite moulding suppliers.Gorgeous moulding, fine quality. There's some real craftsmanship there. Bella, with their wonderfully different little lacquered, inlaid mouldings, their quality and their service are another of our favorites. They are a great bunch of people to deal with, and they've gone the extra mile for us more than once. Vermont Hardwoods rounds out our three favorites. They offer a limited line of profiles, but the quality is exceptional as is the fact that they will custom finish for you. They're a small family-run business, and they make good customer service the rule (if only I could say that of Falcon East Fabrics. I'm in the process of getting the boss to "fire" them for their lousy service and attitude).

We just started carrying Fotiou, and this was the first one I ordered. I was very pleased with the quality. They could easily become another favorite.

Frank's Fabrics is a nice alternative to falcon east. They are based in california and they are really good people.

Of all the names you mentioned above...Roma is the only one we carry. AMPF has a nice line of moulding that are glossy with inlays. We have Larson Juhl, Nurre Caxton, Turner, AMPF, Nielson, Studio, Roma, Adhisa, and who knows what else I'm forgetting :-)

I have the Vermont Hardwoods catalog but have not ordered. The custom finishing is a nice option though as I do get some requests for that.
