Oh the irony of such statements.
I have to admit I don't follow the news much, and I feel bad about that. But the clear bias that any one source has is pretty depressing. I don't have the time to be a multi-source news junkie. Not sure now if it's better to be woefully uniformed or just full of bias and incorrect facts.

you're probably better off. i check BBC in the mornings and i'm signed up for NYT breaking new alerts because i love flogging a dead horse (in this case, thinking that 75% of what NYT considers "breaking news alert" will magically become worth reading). sometimes i stay away from the news for weeks at a time because i simply can't handle it. inevitably, i hear people talking, it piques my curiosity and i'm back. eh.
