It stinks that they left you with this. And if it does fall on your house(knock on wood is not a good response here, is it?) it sounds like the kind of case lawsuits are made for and you should sue the pants off them. But it doesn't make up for the worry and aggravation--sorry you're dealing with that. *hugs*
