Tyki had been moments away from destroying the white haired Exorcist he'd failed to kill once before. His hand had been covered in darkness as he stepped towards him. Sometimes we couldn't get what we wanted. He woke up in the back of a canoe. Slowly, like a painting been laid out, the sounds trickled in and he could hear someone else breathing. He turned his head away from the glare of sunlight and cursed.

The boy had done something. Road hadn't planned to interfere and the Exorcist's friends had been helpless. What had he done? Tyki reached up to rub what felt like sleep from his eyes as he sat up. He could use a cigarette, but if the boy was out there and waiting he wasn't about to disappoint him. He ran a gloved hand through his dark hair and opened his eyes ( ... )

The first sensation as she awoke was a painful dryness in her throat. Morgana reached up to massage her neck, her eyes blinking open wearily in the sunlight as her mind fought to catch up. What had she been doing, before she feel asleep? The knights were sacking the castle, Merlin had lied to cover up for her, and then Arthur had left to fight off the invaders. And then…the last memory hit her like a tidal wave, as she remembered exactly why her throat felt so constricted. Merlin had poisoned her. A sense of betrayal and confusion so deep she could hardly describe it washed over her, but only for a moment. Because after that she realized she wasn’t where she was supposed to be ( ... )

All caught up in his examination of the surroundings, Jowan blinked and shot the other two a surprised look when they talked. That these two noticed him, and responded to him, at least showed that they weren't the latter. And if he could, he would have paled a little more right now.

They didn't look like guards, not even close, and while the woman at least looked normal and harmless, Jowan had had enough training at the Circle to understand that demons often came in the least expected disguises. He inched back on his seat uncomfortably, gaze flashing from the woman to the other man. The chance that these two were good news was significantly lower than the opposite ( ... )

Lady Morgana was an interesting woman with more intelligence than he was used to dealing with from a noble lady. It elevated her in his eyes just a tad. He shifted to get a better look at the third party in the boat and watched him grow paler. His instincts burned to cause the bloodied man to shift back in fear. He was acting like prey. It didn't help Tyki wanted to cause a little trouble still. He shrugged and leaned back against the boat again when he was questioned.

For as tense as the other man was, Tyki purposefully acted at ease. "Tyki Mikk." He offered with a casual nod. "It's rude to ask for names without offering your own." He took a heavy drag on his cigarette and blew out a puff of smoke while he waited for a reply.
