Sumire was beginning to become familiar with the layout of the castle; there wasn't much to do besides to wander around and look for the lost rose. Exploring also provided her a distraction from her worries; it had been several hours since the prisoners had been released, and she had yet to spot anyone she recognized. Of course, she knew she should had been thankful none of her friends or family had ended up trapped in this world like she had.

At least the moon seemed familiar. She headed over to the window to peer at the sky; as that man had told her, none of the constellations were the same as the ones back home, but the stars still appeared similar nonetheless, and it was a small source of comfort for Sumire. A soft smile came upon her lips, and then out of the corner of her eye she spotted this strange, beautiful woman.

"Oh, hello," Sumire greeted the woman, and then she noticed her feet were bare. "Um, aren't your feet cold on this marble floor?"

Sackboy was still on his perch on the Pretty White Lady's shoulder, and had been rather still except for his constantly moving head, looking everywhere that he could and taking in all the sights of this newest place. It was so much bigger than where he was used to, and it seemed remarkably free of the sort of perils that the other places he had been before. No explosions, no flaming stone snakes, no pits full of poison or even snapping wooden crocodiles and flaming floors. For Sackboy, this place was about as low stress as it could be, and he was quite enjoying himself ( ... )

If she could smile the Unicorn probably would have let her lips curl wide at Sackboy's heart shaped gesture at the sky. It put her mind at ease to know that he approved of the sky as well. The Unicorn was about to look back at the stars herself when the voice caught her attention.

Sumire's words caused her purple eyes to fall to the marble floor in question. Her toes wiggled for a moment and she watched the shadows of her feet shift beneath her. When she looked back up at the young girl with her head tilted to the side.

"They are fine," she said softly. Though she could only assume that the temperature she was feeling was normal for a human body. Then again little was normal about her to begin with.

"Ah, if you say so," Sumire said. It was summer, so most people wouldn't have been bothered by the cold, but still, but it was a bit drafty here, so she couldn't help but worry. "Do you have any shoes? They'd be good to have when we leave this place."

Her eyes darted to the toy on the lady's shoulder. It was certainly cute, although it almost seemed out of place on this lady's shoulder. Wait, did it just move? No, of course not; Sumire was sure she was just seeing things.

Sackboy was indeed moving more now, his little legs kicking as he watched the stars for a moment. But then his attention was grabbed by the girl that was talking to Amalthea and he turned to face her, waving to the pretty girl that was talking to his new friend. She seemed to be nice, thought Sackboy still wasn't sure why people were so concerned with clothing. He had never needed it, the cold or heat didn't really affect him, so clothing was purely cosmetic. He liked wearing his clothes, but it was completely optional and he had never gotten odd looks or questions because he decided not to. Maybe this new girl could be a friend for him and Almathea both, friends made you smile, and he wanted to see Amalthea smile more, she was really pretty when she smiled.
