Setting/Location: Castle Hallway

Date & Time: Day Six, evening

Warnings: PG-13 for slight nudity.

Summary: The Unicorn is still wandering the Beast's Castle in nothing but the coat she borrowed from Serah.

"Shoes?" she replied curiously and then shook her head. She could only guess that shoes were something worn on one's feet. The girl however, said something stranger and it caused her to turn away from this window.

"Leave this place?" Her purple eyes stared forward unblinking as she stepped closer. "What do you mean?" she asked, the tone in her voice made it plain that she was obviously confused about what Sumire meant about leaving.

The toy really did just move. Well, that was weird, but considering all of the other things Sumire had seen and experienced, a living doll maybe wasn't that strange. So obviously the polite thing to do was to wave back at the cute doll.

When the woman spoke again, Sumire turned her attention back to her. "Um, yes," Sumire said. "We're traveling in a Caravan that promises to take us to a place where a witch can supposedly send us home. We're staying in the castle right now because the Caravan's being cleaned, and also to pick up the people who had been imprisoned in the cells."

She waved back! That made Sackboy very happy and he looked up at Amalthea and then back at the new girl. This Caravan sounded neat, he couldn't wait to get a look around it. Maybe he could even help clean it, or there would be things for him to find and do. But he did want to explore the castle some more, so hopefully they wouldn't have to leave before he could find all the interesting things that he was sure were still hiding out here.

He turned his attention back to what Sumire and Pretty Girl were talking about, since it sounded interesting and maybe he could learn some more about this caravan place that they were going to travel in.

The Unicorn couldn't help but find herself even more confused over Sumire's news. It was already obvious that she had been taken from her home, along with many others. She should have felt relieved that there was a chance to get home, and yet all she could worry was about being returned to her true form.

"This witch must be very powerful if she can send all of us home," perhaps this Witch was her one chance. There were many people locked in the cells with her and Sackboy, and from what Sumire said it was safe to assume that there were many people already in the caravan.

"Right now, she's our only chance at getting home." As far as Sumire knew, no one here had met the witch, and she doubted Cid Amon had met her either. There really wasn't a lot of proof that she even existed, but Sumire would hold onto that hope, small as it was.

"I don't know how long it'll take to reach her," she continued. "It's only been a week since the Caravan started moving."
