Driving Skills vs. Political Leanings

A recent insurance study quantified the average driving skill for the population of citizens in each state. Being a quality engineer...I found the color of these states in an attempt to correlate driving skills and politics.

The red states average 84.2, a small 1.8 margin over the blue states at 82.4.

Based on this evidence...it will likely pass in supreme court that none of the blue states are to be allowed driving priviledges as of May 2010.

That means you too Ms. "I drive better than almost all of you because I live in Washington"

Recent research shows that those states don't actually exist, but were created by the government in an attempt to "diversify our land mass."
