So we're at that point in the offseason when things are slowly but surely starting to pick up speed again with camps and crazy player training combos, there seems to have been a pretty substantial rise in the number of people in and around hockey rpf fandom, and it's been a minute since we've seen a friending post. I was just thinking today about that comment at the convention about Sharpy trying to push Tazer's buttons and make him mad, and this is an interesting interpretation. I like that Jonny has an out when he needs it.

That moment at the convention was definitely what inspired me to take a closer look at their friendship and write this. I maybe wanna write it from Sharpy's POV too just to really get right into the pleasure he takes in winding Jonny up, but we all know it's gotta be something Jonny enters into mostly willingly, because those two are such bros they'd never do anything that genuinely pissed one another off.

Sharpy has taught Jonathan Toews how to laugh at himself, and I think it's a beautiful thing!
