I loved the whole "smells like China" thing. I mean, it's probably completely unrelated and all, but y'know when you step into a Chinese restaurant or a Chinese friend's house and you think to yourself "smells like China"? I don't know, maybe I'm just weird, but I loved that about this fic and it reminded me of that. :D

i know what you mean, sometimes theres just a distinct smell about a place
(it depends if its bad or good XD)
sometimes ill stop and freak out and go "woah, it smells like summer in Chicago!" (visiting family) and people just look at me weird |DDD
