I try not to let anyone intimidate me, but it does seem unavoidable at times (although, I'm happy to say it's rare for me). I'm easily able to resist the feeling if the person is someone I don't respect, though. Really, she's a hot mess, and her not giving a shit what others think is nothing to be envious of or feeling intimidated by; her attitude is the result of juvenile selfishness, not of cultivated independence.

well you're obviously way more awesome than me! :) I don't really get intimidated too easily I don't think, but I just know if I ever said anything kind of negative to her she would probably lash out with all sorts of personal attacks against me, which I just really don't want. Her attitude makes me just really nervous when I am around her - I have a hard time figuring out how I should react. My initial reaction is to be all WHAT THE FUCK? You crazy hoe! But of course I don't do that, so I just sit in awe of her atrociousness.

Of course after months and months of smooth sailing Johnny goes out drinking last night, which is fine, whatever, but I just know that it is in reaction to this situation. SO LAME!

Oops, I didn't mean it like that. :P

I have trouble taking people like her seriously, so I just think of them as unruly kids in my mind and try to acknowledge them as little as possible.

That really sucks about the drinking/impressionism. :(

no, no! I seriously know that you are awesomer than me. No worries! :)
That's a good way to think of it. If/when she flips her shit I think I will just be more embarrassed/sorry for her than anything.
I know she's got all kinds of shit that make her act like that - I mean, we all do, but we don't all act like her because we can deal better, I guess.

And yes, it does. :( A LOT
