i want to go to ucla.
like really.
but wellesley really wants me to go there, because they're practically giving me a free ride.
urrrrrrghhhhh and now my parents are pushing me towards wellesley. or, if not there, at least smith or BU, which both gave me good enough financial aid ( Read more... )

Well, I mean, it's your education so you should pay for it, right? Don't go anywhere you don't want to. Picking a college should be one of the first independent, adult decisions you should make for yourself. If you want to go to UCLA, you can get student loans and your education very well may mean more to you because you will be eventually forking out the dough to finance it.

well of course the east coast is greater for you, cuz you got into like every amazing east coast school under the sun. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not that i was surprised or anything.
so yeah, i kinda just never had time for S&D, cuz I got so involved in BBYO and tae kwon do (well, until I got my black belt... then I kinda got lazy) and school and everything else. you know how it is. i'm sorry. :( i miss you though- you always made speech so much fun. even though you did kick my ass. :)

this is so last minute but are you free saturday @ 4:30 to meet up with me and some friends and some freshmen at ucla to talk to us about it?! i really hope you can, cuz a)it would be awesome to see you!!!! and b) they're lowly freshmen. you're a sophomore. or second year, whatever they're called :-P. you'd know more
