BSG the Musical Episode...AKA "Crossroads pt. 2"

Mar 25, 2007 23:29

Well we had a party. It was a fun shindig of pizza eating, rum and Coke drinking, cookie eating, Claudia Black watching, and BSG finale squeeing over here at the apartment. I bet the lady next door didn't appreciate all the screaming that occurred. A bunch of fangirls in one room can be quite noisey. Especially when booze and cookies are involved.

Final thoughts of the night: Claudia Black's voice drops like two octaves when she does her American accent. Someone cast her in something awesome like NOOOOOOW!!!!!

SERIOUSLY THOUGH! And I love that tag.

OMGS I can hear the humming! The new Cylons are humming in the other room!

Hee! Awww, new cylons. That's so cute. They're like baby cylons. :D

Now Roslin's running around in that teaser that I wrote!

YOU DID WRITE THAT TEASER AND SOMEBODY SAW IT AND YOU SHOULD SUE IT'S SO SIMILIAR!

Either that, or we seriously need to be writing for the TVs. Yups.

So a kinda possible maybe spoiler. The final five cylons are totally just chillin' on earth, being stoners and listening to classic rock. Starbuck dies and then pops in on them and is like "dudes, the 12 colonies are TOTALLY on their way here" and that is why everyone hears the music all of a sudden.

Heh. Good theory. ;)

I seriously need to see Starbuck hanging on Earth. Did she go to Starbucks?

She totally went to Starbucks.

Unless she landed in Siberia. No, surely they have a Starbucks there.

Claudia was in Dresden. That was awesome enough.

Claude is made of win. I'm glad she was in like 95% of that episode, too.

Plus, she is tall. And Harry is taller than Ben, so it worked out. Also? She had a gun and a kickass attitude and didn't act like a shrinking violet.

Yeah she looked really hot in the episode. Her hair was appropriate width and the legs and the cleavage. Plus, in hotness points, she totally kicked Harry's actual love interests ass. She was like a foot taller than her, too.

So I just thought of something else too.

If they're revealed to the others as cylons. Um, that's gonna fuck up Kara some, possibly. Cuz um. What? How is she alive. I need answers! *sigh*

See, I'm okay with there only being four seasons, because with a show like BSG you ARE going to run out of plot lines, you've got to have them find earth and have it be a proper plot line not like in Voyager, where OMG we're back on earth in one episode! Yay!

I have no idea how she's alive. It happened in the old show, too. That's all I know.

Heh. I always thought there would be 5 seasons mainly because 5 is the magic number for television. For network TV it's the season where you reach your 100th episode and that's when you get syndication, which is always the goal for network TV. Now, of course, BSG isn't on network, so it doesn't really matter for them. I just go by Farscape. That show would have concluded its run perfectly with 5 years. Same with Babylon 5, although I haven't seen it. I just know that it apparently was able to tell its whole arc in that amount of time. It was just enough.
