I guess they never saw a picture of Ladies Room or Tokyo Yankees back in the early '90s. But they did managed to label Luna Sea as visual. Maybe Ladies Room and Tokyo Yankees didn't wear enough dresses for their taste.

Or Luna Sea didn't wear enough assless chaps to be removed from the visual section!

I wondered exactly the same about MUCC and some other bands on the "visual" list, but didn't say anything since I don't really have a 100% clear idea of what MUCC looks like nowadays or whether they consider themselves visual or not. (And I don't have much idea of D'espairsRay at all...)

But still, yeah. From what I do know, I would completely put MUCC in the same "don't dress visual anymore but still connected to the visual scene" category as Dir en grey. In fact I think Dir en grey during their visual days was a lot more visual than MUCC ever was. MUCC I remember looking in their early days like a cross between cali=gari and Plastic Tree.

Yeah, basically a glorified fan site. As far as I can tell, the main person behind the site has a press pass and/or event pass, but that's nothing too special-- a lot of bloggers have them nowadays. She acts like it makes her "official" but 99% of the "news" on that site is just aggregated/translated from other sources, same as any other unofficial fan site.

Ah, well. It's Rika's (Panthere Noire) site, so you can expect pretty much anything.

Yeah, so true. Though I'm pretty surprised that someone who is such an obsessive X fan wouldn't have remembered Tokyo Yankees and Ladies Room from at least the History of Extasy CD/Extasy Summit videos/etc. But, well... what you said, yeah.

Hmmm... dunno, I think I remember her mentioning Ladies Room several times, mostly when she was bragging about being around the scene for ages. But I suppose I could not care less. XD
