I've begun the new year in one of my trademark moods. But it's not like it usually is, numb and wanting to feel detached from everything around me. It's actually the opposite. It feels the same, but the urges are different ( Read more... )

I seriously believe it would make a huge difference. If people took more interest governments and corporations would not be able to fool us and control us as easliy.

The romans did it, give them sport and bread and you will keep the masses happy. Distracted from what really happens.

People talk of revolts and revolutions, but it would be needed if governemtns realized we were all paying close attention to what they were doing at all times.

I really do think that is one of the biggest problems, that people don't take an interest. As long as it doesnt directly affect their own little world, they don't bother.

I just saw on the Wheather channel that Australia has the highest per capita beer consumption rate in the world, besides Europe. AND Fosters has the market cornered 97%. Way to go Australia!
Erm...I haven`t gone to bed yet.

Funny thing is that Fosters isn't liked much at all in Australia. Hell of a lot more better beers.

But what would I know, i drink Mexican beer.

I was looking through your journal. Found you through a friend. I think your thoughts are amazing. I used to write like that. A lot. I used to write everyday, pages and pages of things that remind me so much of your rantings. I love it. Its brilliant. We need more people that aren't afraid to pull these feelings from the bottom and stick them out there to be heard.

I really do feel it's quite important to get these thoughts out, for others to read.

One it's always good for me to get it out and two it's good for others that read it and think.."hey...I thought i was the only one that thought that way". Find like minded people and start conversations with like minded people.
