And thus we come to the end of Volume 1! Events start to coincide much more with the game hereafter.
I sure would like to see a stage based on Toyotomi's big ass sinking warship. Even better if it's on fire...

I wanted to add to my previous comment. Your translation is very smooth and straightforward. Have you ever done doujinshi translations? I'm a dj scanlator (doing all the scanning/editing chores), and I'm always on the lookout for Basara translators. This is an official manga you're working on, so it may be that you don't have any interest in non-sanctioned Basara, but I do enjoy your translation style, so I can't help but ask if you might be interested in working with Basara djs. :)
I scanlate in several fandoms, Basara being one of them, but my usual translator-partners give Basara kind of low priority, so I've only managed to do a handful of releases so far. I'd love to do more. If you have any interest in checking out what I've done, my scanlation comm on LJ is called Yadorigi. (You have to be a member to download anything, but I could PM you the links of projects you'd like to see.)
Sorry for trying to lure you. Like I said, I can't help myself. >_I look forward ( ... )

It's not that I'm not interested in doujinshi, my concern is time. I would like to finish the first four volumes of Bloody Angel before I start university this September (and am completely swamped), and I haven't even finished Volume 2.
Of course, if things move along smoothly and I reckon I'll have extra time, I'd be only too happy to help. However I'm afraid I can't give you a clear answer right now.
Greatly appreciate your support~
