Very exciting! But it is a misleading headline. The obvious conclusion is extraterrestrial life, not strange new Earth life.

So does the "S" in "NASA" stand for "Some random lake in California" now?

I have no idea if the stimulus package is a good thing or not.

Are we moving in the right direction in the middle east? I have no idea.

But I do know we have an awesome President.

Well, my old firm hired me back on full-time (health insurance, yay!) but I will have to wait and see how well it works out for me financially because it will be under a radically different payment scheme. If I can bill out enough work, it might actually be more than I was making before.

Well, my law firm ran out of work for me (and one other attorney) to do, so I got laid-off.
They are being very cool about it and giving me resources to look for a new gig.
So, if anyone has any info on a firm or company in California that is looking for a patent attorney, feel free to let me know.

I always get lunch from the Green Truck when it stops by Miracle Mile (about once a week). Not that I am big on organic food (in fact, I am still not sure what that means), but I like to have a choice for lunch and so I support having that option around.
