i doubt there is much in the universe that would inhibit ianto's ability to make sarcastic remarks.

I agree with Ianto, it's definitely time to see some of Jack's memories play out...preferably before Ianto completely loses his mind! LOL

well, the story is mostly pg-13, so there aren't likely many of jack's memories that would could safely visit *g*.
