So, I was making some cookies, and I ran into a bit of a problem. Who knew that 4 dozen really meant 46? I kinda accidentally made a few dozen dozen cookies, and I need some help eating them. You all will help a sister out, right?

Tracy can't remember the last time she had chocolate-chip biscuits (yes, biscuits.) Smiling, she takes one and then bites into it.

It tastes...alright. It has chocolate in, at least. She finishes it and is about to reach for another, when:

'Don't cry for me, Argentina!' she suddenly wails.

Horrified, Tracy claps her hands to her mouth. But not before managing to sing I't sucks to be me-e-e!'

Why don't you talk to that girl over there. Maybe if she eats more cookies, we can grow on her, too. "I think that's a bad idea, pigtails," Osaka says. Even so, she likes having friends and she doesn't think she's met this girl before. So she flaps the pigtails and flies over, wobbling a little in the air. You'll get the hang of it soon enough, they tell her.

She lands a bit unsteadily and waves. "Hi, I'm Osaka." She drops her voice to a whisper, hoping the pigtails won't hear her. "Don't eat any more cookies! I think the pigtails want to take over the school, but I'm not going to let them!" We heard that. "Oops."

She glares, and mumbles: 'Food glorious food' sarcastically.

Snapping her head up at Osaka, Tracy builds to a belting soprano. 'I knew befoooore!' she cries contemptuously, and then stops, apparently amazed at her vocal pyrotechnics.

Osaka stares blankly, then grins. "You have a beautiful voice!" Tell her to grab another cookie. "No!" She frowns and shakes her head, causing the pigtails to bob. You're no fun at all. "I may not be fun, but I'm not going to let you take over this school."

Galinda strolls into the room, humming to herself. It'd been a while since she'd been out and about.
"Oooh, cookies!" She grabs one of the ones on the edge, smiling. Chocolate makes Galinda a happy peach. She sighs happily, and suddenly, there is no longer a young woman in a pink dress standing by the table, but a small puppy, looking rather confused.
"What in the world... were those laced with something?" The pup still has Galinda's voice, but it's coming out of a much smaller creature.

Rumpleteazer runs into the room, and stops dead as she sees a dog. Never one to back down from a confrontation with a Peke or a Pollicle, she skulks towards the puppy.

'Are you a Pollicle dog?' she asks, high and mighty.

"I...I don't think so...I was a girl a minute ago!" Galinda's just a little scared, as in her present form, the Cat is bigger than she is. "I'm Galinda, or, I was...I'm confused."

'You one of them people what can turn into animals, then?' she asks, still slightly suspicious.

Jack had never encountered chocolate-chip cookies before, but they smelled wonderful. He ate one eagerly and found it most delicious. He was about to eat a second (and maybe a third and a fourth and a fifth) when he found himself saying, "Dude, these are totally freakin' awesome!"

He paused, extremely confused. But all he could say was, "Man, what the fuck is going on here? I'm, like, talkin' like a goddamn freak!" His eyes widened in mortification and he put a hand over his mouth, hoping nobody had overheard him.

Rose was smelling the food hungrily when she suddenly heard a stream of foul language; all words that Mummy had put on the 'Banned Board' when her Juvenile Delinquents were making T-shirts.

Suspecting that the biscuits might have something to do with it, she looks him over, and admonishes:

'Those are very naughty words.'

A pause.

'Can you teach me some?'

Oh, good LORD. Jack didn't mind boys hearing him swear - goodness knows the youngsters on his ship heard enough foul language - but girls were another matter entirely. He tried to apologize, but what came out was, "Yo, I'm really sorry, kid. These biscuits are like totally fucked up, they're makin' me talk funny."

ARGH. He covered his mouth again. What was nearly as bad as the cursing and the bizarre slang was that he sounded distinctly like an American. How appalling.

'Fuuuuuuuuuuck,' Rose tries out, appreciatively. 'That's a big one. Any others?'

She looks across the sea of chocolate. 'Do you suppose I had better have one?' She'll feel terrible if she misses out on swearing.

Never one to pass up free food, Gojyo took one of the cookies and ate it. It wasn't nearly as good as Hakkai's, but then, whose were? Still, wasn't too bad. Maybe too much... flour? salt?... or something. There was a very faint strange taste. He thought little of it and reached for another.

Sanzo happened to see Gojyo heading for the cookies. For a second he actually thought about warning him, but the impulse passed quickly. Sanzo wandered over, hoping to see something embarrassing happen to Gojyo.

"Hey, Sanzo! There's free c-..." First he glanced and then stared at Sanzo, expression going blank as he forgot all about the cookies. He dropped the one he'd been about to eat and fidgeted, feeling inexplicably nervous all of the sudden.

Damn. Nothing seemed to be happening. "No thanks." Sanzo decided to hang around for a bit. Given the various reactions around the room, something should happen to Gojyo eventually.

Osaka likes cookies, and these look like they will be delicious. So she happily picks up one and starts gnawing on it... and then, she thinks she hears something. Good. Now pick up another one!

Where did that come from? There's a strange feeling on the sides of her head, like prickling... If you eat more, we'll make you fly! Her eyes widen and she realizes what must have happened. She reaches a hand to her head, and sure enough... pigtails! "Oh no! Chiyo-chan's pigtails!" She wonders belatedly if they've been transferred completely, thereby killing her best friend. No, the pigtails assure her, we're still controlling her, too. But now we're on you, too!

"Well, that's good, at least." She makes one move experimentally. Yep, it looks like they're working. Oh well. If having them hasn't killed Chiyo-chan, she may as well get used to them being there.
