'So then I just HAD to find out ...' - a semi-meta post!

As we all know, H_H is a multifandom community, and I doubt that many of us are familiar with every fandom represented. So here's what I'm currently curious about. Has anyone else been so intrigued by a previously unfamiliar character in H_H that she/he saw the movie, read the book or played the game (or etc, etc.) in order to meet that character ( Read more... )

I am now completely caught up-to-date on the BLEACH manga currently available from Viz in the US -- and I'm going to need to start reading what's on Bleach 7 to keep up my fix.

I'm currently switching between the Dead trilogy and the omnibus Life With Jeeves collection in my evening reading, which causes not a little cognitive dissonance from time to time. :)

Veronica Mars has been added to my netflix queue; although I've had people badgering me about it for ages, h_h was extra impetus. :)

And I've borrowed Season 1 of Arrested Development, and need to get cracking on that.

And I've been catching up on Homestar Runner.

When Rex of (Scott Westerfeld's) Midnighters applied, I went out and borrowed the triology cause I was just so intrigued. Now I'm catching up on all the author's books.

I've done more re-reading and re-watching of stuff I already like than dipping into new stuff (although I acquired, but haven't read yet, the Dead Girls trilogy! And NCIS is now in my Netflix queue). But it's sparked a lot of re-reading, re-watching, and in some cases acquiring audiobook versions of books.

JtHM - I've been curious about and H_H just reinforced that xD

Same with Castlevania - as I was iffy on it to begin with, but now thanks to Alucard, I'm interested all over again.

I've been hearing about Terry P. for a while, but thanks to Teatime and others, I've been heavily wanting to get my hands on it.

However, I just don't have any of these xD Just that I'm now more curious xD

Well, Good Omens is now totally on my list of must-reads and I've picked up some Highlander as well - thanks a lot Anthony and Methos! *grin* And, of course, the Honor Harrington series. And now I'm completely curious about many more fandoms... Ah, the addicting crack that is H_H!

*laughs* Awesome! I don't know if I'll ever get used to Anthony, though... ;)

*grins* Ah, Lily does make life interesting. 'Anthony' is odd to me, too - especially when everyone else is referring to 'Crowley'. XD

She certainly does! And he'll always associate being called Anthony with her...

Crowley is actually his real name. The Anthony J. got tacked on much later because you can't have just one name unless you're Cher. ;)
