Gin, still roommate-less, scavenged some extra chairs for his room and waited, smiling happily, for people to arrive.

((May as well just start right in on the meet and greet, no?))

Sadako hadn't been networking enough lately. True, focusing all her efforts on Bothari had gotten results, but it would be nice to have other allies.

Of course, the fact that Bothari was following her, grim and silent as usual, as she entered the room meant that she'd have to introduce herself as 'Elena', but surely she could use that to her advantage as well.

Cheerful and smiling as always, Gin was happy to greet the first arrivals. He didn't spend enough time in the common area to really know too many other Hufflepuffs by name yet, but he vaguely recognized a few people on sight. "Oh, hello! You're a little early, it seems, but I'm sure more people will be here shortly. I'm Ichimaru Gin. And you two are?"

"Sgt. Bothari. And my wife Elena." Bothari is as talkative as ever. Unceremoniously he hands Gin a small tub of gummi worms.

Gogo entered the room, frowning slightly. She was happy that Gin had went ahead and started the Committee, of course; but something seemed to be the matter with Primavera. She stopped just inside the door, waiting for her friend to catch up.

In her arms she was carrying a (currently asleep) Devinesian Devil pup, a present from Nny.

Primavera looks disoriented. Thanks to a hit of aging potion via Dib's blood, she is now age 20, which means she's not exactly stable. She moves with the same feline grace as always, except for the occasional uncharacteristic twitch. Behind her, on a leash, trots Fifi the Devinesian Devil.

"Miss Yubari! Nice to see you again," Gin beamed. "And oh, you seem to have brought a few friend... I met you briefly in the Great Hall, but I don't think I ever caught your name," he smiled at Primavera.

Primavera trembled slightly and righted herself before she could lose her balance. "I'm -- Gogo-chan, tell him who I am."

Curious, Tonks reads the parchment. This house is getting weirder and weirder. I think I'd better have a chat with the prefects. She has no intention of going and is fairly sure she isn't among those invited anyway.

Gin has seen this fellow around once before. "Why hello, Mr... Joachim, wasn't it?" he says pleasantly, ignoring the comment. "Did you enjoy whatever that little delivery was, the other day?
