After everything strange that had happened this morning, Roxas was pleased to find Demyx and even more happy that he had agreed to come out with him. The blonde boy really needed a friend right now. Demyx was humming under his breath as he followed Roxas. Cheering the boy up sounded like a very good idea.

"Sorry," Roxas frowned. It seemed to be getting clearer to the blonde that maybe his fear of being alone was justified. He had thought fixing things with Axel was the answer hadn't he? But now it was apparent that wasn't the case. This time Axel had left him. He probably deserved it. "I think that might have happened to our dear friend Number Eight as well..."

He couldn't bring himself to say the boy's name for fear he might turn a light mood into a dark one.
