Caprica had never seen a ghost before. She thought that she had once, but it turned out to not be one since Gaius had never died.
She crouched down, looking carefully at the place where she thought she'd seen a child's form. "Hello? Are you there?" She hesitated, and then added, "Are you alive?"
"Hi," she said, smiling as gently as she could. She could overlook his appearance easily enough, but the thought of actually talking to a dead soul was unnatural and more than a little unnerving. "What's your name?"
He probably wouldn't get in to a party, but he could turn invisible, or stay under the punch table and watch the fun, and he'd like to see that. Anything called Super Awesome Bar would have parties in it, he is sure.
"Hogwarts is full of parties! We also have two bars, but none of them are Super Awesome. One has cranky doctors and the other one has druggies," the Hat lamented.
