Mariella looks at the application, and then at Nemi. Someone else who gets Hogwarts-fever! She gravitates to the feather, holding it up questioningly.

Sorry. The writing reasserts itself. And yes, I'm afraid I do--I find a large majority of them perfectly odious.

They don't even have the decency to wear leather.

Nemi stared. No leather? But... that was...

"But they should!" she complained. "It's perfectly Slytherinesque, wearing leather!" She wanted specifically to see a certain blond Slytherin in very tight, black leather trousers. What was so wrong with that? "Why won't they wear leather? And is there any House where people do?" There were many sexy people at Hogwarts. Couldn't at least ONE of them please the fangirls?

In Gryffindor there's spandex. But Ravenclaw's decor would go better with black leather.
