Ender had never been to a wedding before. He had been looking forward to attending his first one, and seeing his newly made friend Edward again. A handful of fold-out chairs were arranged by the lake. He sat and waited with everyone for Edward's bride to appear
( ... )
Ender smiled. "Of course," he said with a nod. "Congratulations, Ed. And thanks for inviting me. I don't have a present for you..." He glanced down for a moment. "But this morning I got an Owl from Grimgotts and apparently they have an account with money that belongs to me." He shook his head and shrugged. "So I can get you something soon, I guess. Anything in particular you guys need?"
Osaka is so very happy for Ed and Winry. She even teared up a bit during the ceremony (though that was honestly more because of hay fever than the ceremony) and clapped happily at the end. After the ceremony, she hauls her present over to the happy couple and sets it down in front of them, then reaches into her purse and tosses a handful of rice in the air. (She's sure that she's heard that you're supposed to do that at weddings.) "Congratulations!"
"For the wedding. I saw it in a movie once." She cocks her head, confused. "Did I do it wrong?"
She beamed. "It's a mirror!" she said, thus ruining the surprise. "So that you and Winry can be protected in your new life. And it's fancy, too, with a gold design and a wooden frame!"
Sirius was resplendent in his blue suit and yellow tie, which perfectly matched his two dates' attire. He sat through the wedding with his arm around Lily and Homsar on his other side. Homsar wasn't one for public displays of affection, and even if he had been, he lacked visible arms, so it was tough to hold hands or anything of the like. And that wasn't how Sirius and Homsar rolled anyhow. Jenga was highly necessary, with occasional diversions involving Hungry Hungry Hippos and The Game of Life.
The last wedding Sirius had been to was James and Lily's, and the memory of that was bittersweet, but he didn't allow that to trouble him. Not today. The weather was lovely, Lily and Homsar were there, and next to Lily was Harry. And he, Lily, and Homsar were looking pimpin'.
Watching the wedding, Lily couldn't help but be reminded of her own. But she forced such thoughts away. Dressed to match both Sirius and Homsar - as she and Homsar had agreed to share Sirius as a date (at least, she hoped that was all they had agreed on - communicating by picture was tricky) - with Sirius's arm around her and Harry on the other side, it was tough to be maudlin. She was even wearing the barrette from her random owl-sender in her upswept hair.
Her hand reached out to find Sirius' free one, lacing her fingers through his tightly. Really, it was a lovely day.
Harry hadn't wanted to be left out, so at the last minute he had asked Sirius to transfigure a wig for him. So, in his blue and yellow 'fro wig, he sat next to Lily, watching the wedding.
He had never been to a wedding before, so he observed the ceremony curiously. Ed and Winry seemed to be very happy and in love, and that was cool.
Homsar was clad in his usual blue shirt with his name on it and his yellow bowler hat. It was a multipurpose outfit, and so he didn't need to do anything special like wear a tie or barettes or a wig. Besides, his supersekrit identity Homeysar had his own built-in 'fro.
Although he still hadn't managed to start The Jeffersons, he was in a good mood, especially since Sirius was by his side. He sat and watched the wedding while visions of Jenga danced in his head.
He glowed with brotherly pride, as he walked up towards Ed - "Congratulations, brother." He said, a big smile on his face. "I'm so proud of you!" He teased, tears in his eyes as he encompassed Ed in a hug. "Take good care of her! She's the only one who will put up with you!" He said, wiping the tears from his cheeks.
Winry grinned and put her arms around Ed. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say that was you trying to figure out when we can have sex." She whispered back, and kissed him softly.

Winry looked a bit confused. "What a sec... I don't mean to sound rude or stupid, but... How's a mirror supposed to protect us?"

But his wig was cooler.

"So," he murmured in her ear, "When do you think they'll all leave?"
