Elizabeth, a bit late to the ceremony, came bearing a hand- embroidered little banner, commemorating the date of the wedding, and teh names of teh bride and groom.
"Oh, do forgive my tardiness," Elizabeth said apologetically. "There ceremony was beautiful and this is for you. I am afraid it is rather a modest gift, but it was made with every hope of affording you both pleasure."
