Closed RP - Cripples FTW! (Jilly and House)
((Backdated to the night of the wedding reception.))
Jilly had been in the middle of painting something, and so she hadn't lingered too long at the party. Just enough, in fact, to steal a plate of food and escape to the empty classroom she was using as a studio. But as she was walking back to her studio, she found herself veering toward the library. She really needed to owl Ray, maybe ask him if he wanted to go out again, properly, and she didn't have parchment to hand in her studio.
As she picked up her quill to start writing, she absently popped a chocolate into her mouth...
And promptly fell out of her chair as she suddenly became aware of being unable to move the right side of her body. For a moment, she looked down at her crumpled body, and then she started to cry. She'd been enjoying Hogwarts, enjoying her time as... not the broken girl. Now, though, she was helpless. She wasn't even sure she could crawl away with dignity.
