that's a lot of texans on the "right" side of history. :)

i think those women you mention are a lot of why i'm often sort of surprised to realize that texas is such a red state.

and i agree with you about the secret service. i imagine he and his family will be the most protected in history.

I certainly hope so! If you're able to come visit in December, there's a lovely statue of Barbara Jordan in the Austin airport. Any further thoughts on that? We sure would love to have you come play with us!!

actually, yes. karelia willed me to book my airline ticket, so i did! so now i'm committed. :D

hmm. now i suppose there are other details that i will need to sort out, too.

but - squeeee! frivolities and cheese!

I completely agree. It's nice to be a part of history, even in such a small way.

Also, the Secret Service is now Krav trained ;-)
