Best thing to do is visit at least one campus this summer and see how it looks on paper compared to the vibe it gives you. Great facilities doesnt mean much until you get a feel for just how shiny they are, and less than impressive might not be as bothersome when you visit than it looks like in print. Perspective is good.
College of the Atlantic: you're right apart from the piano bit -- even though I think the course catalog only says Keyboard (right?), you can definitely do a piano tutorial or piano independent study with Cooper (the music guy). Russian and Mandarin are absent, though... the only language we officially offer is Spanish. They're working on that, however -- right now they're in the process of hiring a "Language Person"... little sketchy on the details... From what I understand, the new "Language Person" would teach French, Spanish, Latin, and possibly others. So, no Russian or Mandarin still
