Had an X-treme week.
-2 or 3 climbing sessions
-2 Off-piste sessions @Keinari
-2 deep snow rapids-walking sessions
-1-3 x-country ski-rounds
-few hours of yoga
=>15 hours of moving @training rate or over or @interval rate within 7 days; moving @least an hour/day. -
Drinkin
Been drinkin for past 2 months..
-~4 cases of imported beers
~maybe 20 litres of home brew beer
- maybe ~12 bottles of wine
3-5 bottles of booze..

I started MMX sitting in a dark room hugging my legs, since world was collapsing after breakup with the super wifeling who decided she likes beer pubs of Kallio more then high-life with me!
Got 2 new climbing mates; a fat female priest &a pretty, short single mum with thick glasses.

Trip to Austria
After picking aerobatic glider pilot Hr. V. from Helsinki-Vantaa aeroport we took a ferry to Tallinna. There was a grotesque show of elderly folk in suits, teen in cosplay outfits &drunkard on thes melly old ferry, but we survived to Tallin. Almost over, but I am feeling a bit broken..

Many weeks of training behind. Mental capabilities feel to have sunken to the level of fairly normal humen. I get angry easily &am moody almost constantly; snickering, depression, death wishes, need to float &be in the free-fall in the same time..
