Depressing blog by a man who recently lost his wife within hours of their first baby being born. The blog actually starts out documenting stuff during the pregnancy, and obviously takes a wrong turn. Sad, but poignant. -
Newton Faulkner is teh awesome.
While ridiculously huge in the UK, Newton Faulkner isn't too widely known here stateside - and thank god for that. He came down off the stage and played a song in the middle of the 100 or so people who showed up for it. If you don't know Newton, he's fabulous. Basically him and a guitar, and he's amazing.
