Nice picspam. Hehe I noticed the lisptick too.Gwen's dress was ok. Yes I think they cut the scene of Gwen helping people in courtyard. I enjoyed the episode overall but did not like the slowmotions..too many. I think Bradley's acting has been great this ep. Usually A big fan of Colin but in tonights ep Arthur's scene sttod out more(A/M final scene, A/G scene, A/Uther)
I was blown away by Colin's as well, but his scene with Uther ... wow, Bradley. Wow Co-sign. THIS is the Arthur that legend speaks of, as opposed to the prat/clotpole/dollop-head over the past few seasons.
Grr I pressed a button and lost my comment I was writing before I posted it!
OMG OMG A/G WAS PERFECT AND THE A/G KISS IN THE CREDIT!
Loved that Gwen was looking after Uther for Arthur's sake! Great that the writers didn't forget that Uther killed her father.
Loved that Gwen is completely in love and devoted to Arthur. It's clear! Poor Lancelot though. But I agree he should be with Merlin! I so enjoyed the Lancelot/Merlin scenes so much! And the A/M ones were good too. Arthur actually having a laugh with him and opening up to him.
I was so proud of Katie and her performance in this episode. No evil smirks and it wasn't over the top. You could so tell that she cares for Moraguse!
I have no idea about Argarvaine though!
And yes I'm so glad that the writers didn't forget that Uther killed Gwen's father and that Gwen said she was doing for Arthur.
Katie really was wonderful. I think a lot of it has to do with TPTB finally recognizing that Morgana isn't a caricature, because I'm pretty sure the millions of smirks last series were the directors' and writers' doing, not her. But she definitely has stepped up her game.
This so much! They added a lot more depth to her but removing all of the evil smirks, so it made that one smirk she did in that scene with Argarvaine stand out.
I KNOW. IT HAD BEEN WAY TOO LONG. Gorgeous, perfect human being lighting up my world. <3
Hee, thanks, bb! I AM GLAD FOR THE RETURN AS WELL. And I think? Spoilers seem to be pointing that way, but there's no way to know for sure what's happening in the "now" and what's a dream sequence or the like.
Hahaha, I'm so happy for you that Merlin is back! I still enjoy reading your thoughts on it, even though I have no idea what's going on, heh.
As for Doctor Who, I'm still not sure how I feel about this episode. I kind of feel like it was an okay end to a disappointing season. Like, I liked that episode a lot more than most episodes this season (with the possible exception of the very first episode [only the first part, though] and The Doctor's Wife) but this season as a whole just wasn't good, so a decent S6 episode is still worse than most episodes from other seasons, if that makes sense. I did cry though, so at least I felt SOME emotion while watching DW for the first time in forever.
LOL, thank you, bb! If you like my thoughts on it, IMAGINE how much you'd enjoy the show *hint hint cough hacks up a lung*
Yeah, I think I liked the episodes on their own, but as a series it just didn't work. So while I have been emotionally invested in the episodes, S6 just didn't do it for me like the previous series did.

Oh, boo. =( It's such a perfect scene to showcase her queenliness!
Ooh, yeah, those slow motions ... like the dining scene? Complete with slow-mo talking? That was awkward.

Eeeeee, love the picspam! SO GLAD THE PENDRAGON HOUR IS BACK ON. (They're getting married this season, right?)
Yeah, I definitely liked how they played the Gwen taking care of Uther part of the plot.
So glad that I'd already read spoilers about Agravaone being there - the lack of introduction was majorly confusing.
The knights were my favorite part of the episode I think, especially with the chicken stealing and Percy rescuing the kids.

Ugh, right? He was just THERE. What?
THE CHICKENS. THE KIDS. Still dying of the lulz.
