Ending on the kiss was great, leaves the reader wondering how they both react.
Do they start an affair? Do they stay away from one another? Is it going to strengthen or ruin their firendship? Are they going to confess to the others? How will Wood, Giles and the others react?
Shoot, Twins just keeps getting better and better. Cole has that whole Angelus torture-and-torment evil going for him (and Donner was right, he totally does have a crush on Xander;-) which is the kind of evil that freaks me out the most, but in a good way.
I really enjoy the interaction between the Slayers and their Watchers. It's interesting to see how the different girl interact and bond with the three different types. It bodes well for the creation of a Watcher's Council that is able to be flexible and more effective then the old.
Love the humor, the dialogue, the action and, of course, the F/X but what in the world is Robin going to say?

There's a scene coming up in a few chapters where Cole talks about what motivates him as a vampire and what he gets out of immortality that I think you'll find pretty creepy, too. I'm really looking forward to writing that scene.

Thanks! I really enjoy writing it.

I'm looking forward to surprising everyone with how this triangle develops. =P
Another terrific chapter! Loved the humour in it, it is so Jossian to laugh before the story makes us cry.. The connection between Faith and Xander is entirely believable. I have a feeling things are going to get interesting......
I stumbled across your page ages ago, forgot to friend/bookmark and have been kicking myself ever since. So I've friended. Because if I lose track of this fantabulous story again I'm gonna scream.
I've just re-read the entire thing. It's wonderful.

Humour - the best head wound ever, these girls are plenty perky on their own, exhibitionist-fu technique.
Real good action stuff.
Drama - great FX scene in the house.
Interesting running commentary by Cole and Donner.

Anyway - as much as it isn't in any way, shape, or form my OTP - the Faith/Xander here makes perfect sense.
Brilliant re: The Slayer's worst case plan. Because the last thing you want is a turned Slayer.
Very interested to see where this is going next and I too loved all the one liners in the first part.
