What I am is tired of jam.

Not sure why I’m quoting from Bread and Jam for Frances as my subject line, but it’s what came out of my fingers. I think what I really want to say is “What I am is tired of moving/change/hauling crap around,” but it doesn’t have as nice a ring ( Read more... )

HI LADY!

WELCOME BACK!!! wait , you had a poll? *shameface* i missed it!

and i'm sorry about all the moving crapola you had to put up with. *pets*

and, because i'm a bag of dud, i have your pkg right here. okay, actually, it's at home and i'm at work, so it's only metaphorically here. but i'll get off my lazy ass and mail it tomorrow. *pinky swear*

i'm glad you and marc didn't get on each other's nerves and i'm glad you have pretty yellow bookshelves. i'm most glad you're okayish and back home.

O HAI!! (omg the sweetest/funniest thing of all week was the revelation of Marc's brilliant LOL CATZ transcriptions--he emailed and his sister with little blog entries for them)

I did have a poll, but there is nothing to *shameface* about. It was just me trying to get my writing ass back in gear and asking people which of two WsIP they'd rather see me finish first.

Dude. Packages sitting at home when I am elsewhere is a classic me move. I expect nothing less in return :-)

I'm really relieved that the temporary cohabitation hasn't (yet) cause the End of Us because I'll tell you a secret: I really like him.

Once I get the place arranged again, I'm going to post pictures. My bookcases are just that pretty :-D

Love you too!! How's tk doing?? How are you holding up? Would you be up for a meet-n-greet some weekend later this summer? katelennon was theorizing on the in-betweenness of someplace like Beloit as a potential spot for a Illinois/Wisconsin SPN fangirl picnic, since it's about equidistant from Chicago and Madison. Is that anywhere near ( ... )

DUDE!

i think i would be up for a picnic if it wasn't a tk weekend. i might be awkward and weird, but you should be used to that by now. at the very least, i should be able to write down my thoughts and hand them to you. OR MIME THEM.

I'll tell you a secret: I really like him.

squee! i can tell babycakes. and he better like you more than air. wellll at least as much. if you ever need me to "have a talk"* with him, just let me know.

yes, i want pictures! *grabby*

tk is all right. sick of wheelchair and cast. and this morning he started summer school and you'd have thought i was leaving him in a dungeon or something. him and math are NOT bffs, i'll tell you that.

*is gazed at adoringly* i love that icon.

*gazes swoonily back at you*

i can't want until you can see sat's dw. it's possibly one of my fav eps. *squeak*

wow, i'm not getting much work done.

Okay, excellent! We'll see if we can make it happen on a non-tk weekend--can you email me to remind me when those are? And I would be happy to take my strange and offputting self to work intepreting your mime for the group. Together we can alienate and creep-out everyone there! *smishes*

I promise that if Marc ever needs talking to, I'll sic you on him, my Zombie Princess!

Glad to hear tk's doing well enough to get to summer school. I can relate to the Him vs. Math thing. Ugh. Numbers are rarely my friend.

Have achieved DL of DW and BSG!! Hopefully they'll play correctly at home. Will squee again when I have squee-worthy thoughts!

wow, i'm not getting much work done.

Nope. Me neither.

LOVE!!!!

Thank you! Now I'd like another weekend straight away, please, so I can sleep a lot more and unpack. Oh, and get my home computer working again.

How are you??

Functional home computers are very, very good to have. *nods*

Things here go well. I'm starting to get kind of giddy because in a little over a month, Jon and I will be in Monterey for five days, just the two of us. It's our early 10th-anniversary present to ourselves. (Our anniversary isn't until October.) It should be very, very fun. :)

Ooh, Monterey in the summer will be beautiful. Didn't you go there on your honeymoon (or was it another trip)? Nice revisit!

Glad to hear things are going well. Still no home phone or DSL for me. Grr.

HELLO

The whole floor-renovation might have been crazy, but at least now it's over and done with. Well, besides the whole unpacking part, that is. And good for Marc, being all extra-nice and stuff. 'Cause a good cry may have been all you needed but a little extra-nice never hurts.

You have no internet at home? Those BASTARDS! Don't they realize you have to communicate with the outside world? Plus there's Very Important Television to watch. *crosses fingers that everything gets fast super-quick*

I think that's all I have to say. I'm sure if I have something to add that you'll be the first to know. =D

Unpacking continues to not get done. I'm just so TIRED. I didn't realize how much the last 12 or so days wore me down, but I'm kind of a knob of my former self.
