Is it weird that I am rather tempted to watch a hockey game, when I can't even give a rats ass about the RWC? Oh well. Also, Mark Sainsbury interviewed the captain of both teams (which was super awkward, because lol them probably not being able to understand half of what he was trying to say), and it appears that they're already here.
OMG WHAT? IF THERE IS POUTINE I AM SO ABOUT 3.5% CONSIDERING GOING TO AN ACTUAL RL SPORTS GAME.
Le sigh moneys. Now that I have Foos tickets I need to reconsider Armageddon, because 1. being paid less this semester, 2. thesis! BLERG.
LOL well I'm going to watch it and I don't give a shit about RWC either... I mean, I'll obviously support the All Blacks winning every game they play, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch one of their matches. Would be cool to see one live, though, just because it's the world cup. I think I pondered upon getting tickets for South Africa v. Nigeria or some random ass country hahaha.

I may not be attending Armageddon, either. Which sucks because this is the one year since the 2000 one where actors I actually REALLY WANT TO SEE will be here. I don't think I'll get time off work, though. It sucks.
LOL a couple of friends were picking the cheapest games possible and hoping we could make it to at least one of them, so it'll be something weird like Romania vs Russia or something like that. Anyway, all fails because none of us can collectively agree on a time to leave town, so it was a sigh of relief for me. I've always disliked rugby as a sport (yes, even the All Blacks fail to compel me, so yes... *runs and hides*. I lack a sense of cultural/national pride, I know) :P
I watch it when there's nothing on TV during dinnertime and Campbell is getting worse and worse at whatever schtick he's doing. YES YES, though some Canadian friends on Twitter are convinced that they're able to recreate the experience of poutine for me. It's all in the cheese curds, which really doesn't exist in NZ. Anyway, WE SHALL SEE.
Haha I work Saturday and Sundays... the only day I get off during the week is Thursdays. I can make half a day on Monday but since my boss changed my Sunday hours (from afternoon-start to morning-start) it kind of makes doing anything very difficult.
Yeah, back at my old workplace we used mozzarella cheese which is the only kind of poutine cheese I know. I'm not sure how I'll find the cheese curds version, even though it's the proper one. The memories I have of mozzarella cheese poutine (don't tell the Canadians?) are amazeballs still.
I can share in the Warehouse 13 sentiments. And I can definately cope with the whole "stealing Helena's clothes" theory. I'm still not sure how to feel about Jinks, but I think I'm enjoying the Pete and Jinks tension for now. As long as Myka/Pete or Myka/Jinks isn't canon, though, I'll be happy as a clam. I'm not a very picky fan. (:
Me neither. I just looooove the show too much. I very much doubt either of those pairings will materialise - Jinks is gay after all, and both JK and EM have said that Myka and Pete's relationship is too sibling-like for anything romantic.
Also Joanne Kelly looks gooooooood like that okay, JUST POINTING IT OUT. I do not disagree. At least it's dishevelled-y and wavy/messy rather than super straight like JK has it at conventions, because otherwise I'm pretty sure the line between Myka and Joanne will blur away for me.
BLACK PUCK, WHITE ICE, PLUS TWELVE HUGE MEN CHASING AFTER IT WITH BLACK STICKS. I WILL HAVE TROUBLE.
Yes, the world needs more poutine! It's all I will be eating tomorrow after 3pm.
