What do you mean by 'modern interpretation'? Is that fairytale stories in modern settings such as Grimm or modern adaptations even if they keep the historical setting?
Would we claim a individual fairytale or would it be open?
I was thinking of adaptions that are set in a modern time, for example "cinderella story" wouldn't count, because it only follows the story but has no historical setting. You're right I should have made this clearer. So I would count "Snowwhite and the huntsman" because it still has the historical setting. :)
For the second question I'm asking you what you would prefer ;) I would rather have everyone claim one fairytale, but if everyone is against this we can of course change it :)
Oh! Right, yes missed that. I would prefer picking a fairy tale but maybe not have any limits on how many people can pick each one? There are so many versions that it is unlikely people will make similar icons
