The apartment is… well it’s what we in the muggle world would call a “fixer-upper”. There are a few minor problems we may have to deal with if we are to continue living here.
I have compiled a list, I’m so proud of myself.

-The floors are creaky
-The pipes drip-The hot water tap gives cold water

Are we fixing the tap today? It's getting rather annoying having to remember to turn on the cold before the hot and praying I get it to a decent temp so I don't burn myself.

We are going to try. I remember doing something similar for the Dursleys a couple times, so I'm not completely clueless. Don't worry, mate, I'll have this place fixed up good as new in no time.

Anything I can do? I'm sick of waiting on replies to these owls about jobs.

If you want to figure out a faster way to get rid of the smell in the kitchen, since the source is gone it should be a lot easier.
