[Several ink splotches appear on the page at first, almost like Draco's just hovering over it trying to think of what to write. When he does write though, the writing's messier than his usual, scrunched up and sort of hurried.]Tell me about death on your worlds. Homes. Whatever. Is it the end? Do you get a second chance? Or are you sent to ( Read more... )

[It's autumn and not ridiculously hot outside anymore, leaving Hisoka to actually see and respond in a timely manner. Not that he'll bother RSVPing or anything. Also Draco you need to work on striking through thingsso they're less legible. He'll just be inviting himself into SO4 House and, provided there's no awkwardness with housemates, inviting himself further into Draco's bedroom. Why so down, bro?]

[Don't mind him being sprawled out on his bed like a giant ponce cat and staring at his ceiling. He seems to have been waiting for him.]

You're getting better at showing up without much prompting.

Don't make it sound like you're training me to be your servant. [Because this friendship would be SO OVER.]

Because clearly I need another Crabbe or Goyle. You ought to know better than that, I'd just employ someone much dumber.

[Her writing is elegant and refined - almost an art.]

At home, we had a saying - death is like a door. It is an end, and a beginning.

[No really, he appreciates people with legible writing.]

But I suppose the next question is if it's the same door both ways. Thoughts?

What kind of door only works one way? But you know... the same person never goes through the same door twice. Going through a door changes a soul.

If you're in a room and there's only one door, it only works one day. But the whole changing the soul thing...is that just a saying, or is that part a fact?

[So a fierce alien bitch is standing in your doorway, Draco. What do you do? Oh right, she's your big sister.]

That's a pretty gloomy question, you know.

[He's just going to turn his head to look away from the ceiling, but he's still stretched on his bed.]

I've been told I can be outright depressing sometimes. I think I know your answer though anyway. He does lazily grab his wand though and point it to his desk chair, pulling it out as a gesture for her to sit if she'd like. Or she can sit on his bed, whatever. Myuria is big sister and therefore rules life.]

[Silly dragon boy, sprawled out in your nest.]

Oh, please. You're not that depressing. [She's sitting on the bed, thanks. It's cushier. Besides, he's made himself plenty comfortable in hers before. Have some hairpetting. She's not quite sure how to go about being supportive about this.] Death is... well, it's not the easiest thing to deal with.

[Hey. Hey it's totally his nest and he will sprawl if he wants. But he doesn't mind when she joins him, and doesn't mind that hairpetting either.] Maybe not. I never said death was easy...but I also never said I was trying to deal with anything. I was just curious.

Death is nothing but a transition to another place.

What's the other place though? And how are you certain that it's true?

I'm a death god. That's how I know it's true. I escort souls to Soul Society.

There are more of you? [Don't mind him, he thinks it's the same thing that Hisoka and Tsuzuki does.]

Sometimes people come back? But it takes A superpowered shewitch a lot of magic and a whole ritual thing thing.

[Sir, you had him at magic.]

What sort of magic and ritual?

It's all really complicated and super hush-hush. All I know is that it's got to be a mystical demony-magic death and it's not something just anybody can do. It kind of sucks, but it keeps the world from ending up like Dawn of the Dead.

So normal death can't be reversed basically is what you're saying, right? Who knew that death had to have certain requirements met. Next thing you know you'll be telling me there are other procedures for natural causes.

And Dawn of the Dead is...?
