Dog. If I had to be specific I'd say a husky.

[ because though it looks like a wolf, it's got all the gentleness of a dog. there's a cocky grin. ]

They're pack animals. Loyal. Fast, smart, and great protectors.

Really...[Don't think he doesn't know who you are, Jacob. Vaguely. He really just associates him as "that guy who hangs out with that girl who looks like Xion."] What would be your second choice then?

[ a long and deceptively thoughtful pause. ] Shark.

voice. ...beautiful reference, btw. hisdarkmark September 20 2011, 04:16:57 UTC
Shark? [The skepticism's pretty clear in his voice.] Why a shark?

Any reason why? [So you come from a world with dragons, do you?]

It's a mystical animal of power and grace.

So I've noticed, though if you make them angry they're not exactly graceful. Ever dealt with dragons?

[Horses. Why does this not surprise him? Though it's better than kittens, probably.]

You? How's that possible?

[ooc: Lesseeee...she's pretty open-ended but let's stick her maybe sometime like Wednesday afternoons? Draco's got other classes Tuesdays and Thursdays and that way my headcanon stays straight :o]

You never struck me as the fighting type, considering.

Does that include lessons?

Favorite animal is a type of dog-wolf. Like Ikki's dog Hyuga.

Lessons most certainly fall under the category of having other things to do, yes. Tomorrow, correct?

A dog-wolf. Why is that? [He's got a feeling he knows why, but asking out of curiousity anyway.]

Correct.

Strong, but less desperate than full wolves so they can afford to be more loyal. I don't know, I just like them.

Fair enough...but how are wolves desperate? [He doesn't know a lot about them, mostly because he's kind of terrified of werewolves and therefore swore wolves off all together.]

Like the bird. Any reason, or just because they tend to explode?

They do not explode!

And what's not to love? They're firebirds that regenerate.

It's almost the same thing though, isn't it? They regenerate because they explode.
