This was an interesting shabbos. My home health aide came earlier than her scheduled time to pick up the cash for the shabbos special from SR and other shabbos shopping

How do you get a home health aide! I want one!

What are you taking for the seziures? I take Depakote and it works very well. I just have to be careful not to let my blood sugar or blood pressure get too low, but other than that I've been 100% better for quite a few years now.

I checked out my local yellow pages and SuperPages... I called around to some local Home Health Care agencies. Many agencies accept Medicaid/Medicare.

It took them two weeks to get approval from Medicaid. I got approved for 15 hours/week. The max is 20 hours/wk so that's pretty good.

Medicare takes a lot longer from what I hear like 3 or 4 months.

I'm taking Neurontin, Lorazepam, and Prednisone.

The closest thing I found that sounds similiar to what I'm dealing with it is this.

I'm so grateful...Do you have any other suggestions that I could ask the neurologist when I see them?

DH hopped on the Linden bus at the NWK airport. I was laughing so hard when he got home. I had the gall to demand peanuts!
