Did you speak to JI at all today? I bought a shit load of books, all dessert recipes, at BandN's today. SO PSYCHED. I got some really good books. I have to start studying and creating shit in my mind cause I didn't tell you this but the exec Chef laid some ingredients on me yesterday that he bought in Union Sq. and made me create some shit on da spot. I didn't get to finish it... and I don't think it all turned out as well as I would have liked, but it was exciting nonetheless. We'll talk.
