Wow, today was annoying. Just work stuff was annoying- everything else was nice. *** scored me a pair of white shell toes with black stripes but they were a half a size too big, so I went back to the store and exchanged them for a smaller, white on white pair. After that I shopped around SoHo but found everything super boring, but I went into Anthropolgie, a store I really do not like, and found 3 really cute dresses- all light, crispy cotton, all really pretty colors. One was way too small in the boobage area, one is cut like 4 other dresses I own and the third, I wound up buying. It was on sale. Emerald green, strapless, back is puckered in that 70s tubetop style. Light, crispy cotton. I'm gonna wear it to ***'s launch party tonight, with my cut turquoise necklace and earrings and my turquoise and brown Miu Miu sandals (my fave ones that i've been busting out for, like the past five years). I'm really feeling not attractive right this second, but I'm gonna try and pull it together. I'm not rolling with anyone tonight, although my director said he's gonna swing through, but it's cool. I'll just chill out by myself and enjoy the scenery. The party only goes from 7 to 9, so I figure if I show up by 8 I'll be cool. *** will be busy. I will be playing the background. This week went fast, but it really sucked. I've been phone tagging with the pastry chef all this afternoon- I AM SO EXCITED HE SAID YES!!! I'm really proud of myself. Muhfukkas don't know how good I am, but I do.

Let me go get in the shower and pretend I'm gonna make myself look amazing. I wish I was in Jamaica, eating steamed fish on the beach.
