bake sale goods

Anyone have any not so common, cute ideas for a bake sale? We have one every year at work and it's coming up on Nov 4th, and while people are promising us cookies and fudge and texas sheet cakes by the piles, I want to do something different!

Cake balls tend to do well as bake sales.

I personally prefer lemon bars.

Something gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, or otherwise respectful of food allergies would probably be welcome. IME, vegan cupcakes are a good way to make friends. Just make sure to list ingredients, and be careful of cross-contamination.

This! It's so easy to make a delicious vegan cupcake, but I never see them at bake sales.

We're having one tomorrow, while I did make cookies I also made chocolate covered pretzels.

Hand pies! I made the bourbon peach ones from Smitten Kitchen for a bake sale at the St. Anthony Society and even the old Italian ladies approved. I took that as success.

Given the time of year, apple or cranberry apple pies might be nice and seasonal.
