im hoping that someone out there is willing to help out a never-cooked-indian/s.asian-food kind of girl.
im on a mission to find me a recipe and how-to on making either roti or naan. i know that its one of those things that get passed down in families and generation and is prolly not written anywhere -- but i am trying!!
the more specific of a recipe you have, the better; including: what kind of kitched materials id need, how hot to get the pan, etc. ill be googling till i get a good answer.
ive HEARD there is frozen, but i hvent seen it. then again, i havent been looking. do you have any recommendations of that?
