I just finished packing up my car for me first official roadtrip. Yeeeeeee! I'm nervous but excited. -

Last night I finished my first ever sewing project! A felt cushion with an owl applique, buttons for eyes. It took almost the whole of The Darjeeling Limited and Inside Natures Giants: The Great White Shark to blanket stitch the edges and stuff it. I didn't tie off the stitches very well/at all(...?) 88 pages x 2 are all printed. I feel productive, relieved, exhausted. I hope I get to bed before midnight. No more thinking for me for the next 6 hours.
