Ben update, or "Help, I'm stuck in the 50s!"

Ben is feeling better, but not 100%. He still has a low-grade fever and can't really do much. I spent all weekend entertaining the baby, tidying, doing dishes, laundry, making meals for him, and babying him. He napped and played a video game. I don't know how they did it.

Remember: they didn't have the long day at work in the 50s (assuming presence of husbands). That doesn't make it easy, but it appears to make it possible.

PLUS, at that particular moment, yes, I was barefoot and pregnant and in the kitchen.

Were you making a sammich at the time? If so, I think you just batted for the cycle ;)
