Watching the clock at the day job, counting down the hours, then the minutes, until I can go to the studio. We're recording the song I wrote over the holidays today. It's the first time we've recorded something I've done by myself.
We still haven't recorded the one I wrote with Lavi - and I think that one came out great. -

I feel like I'm hanging on by my teeth and nails at my day job. I usually like helping people. I don't like repeatedly having to pull people's butts out of the fire - as in, having to drive a half-hour each way with the important file someone forgot for a meeting - and not get any credit for it ( Read more... ) -

All right, I put a reservation in for the Marie Antionette costume. No, I'm not going to be recreating Madonna's "Vogue" performance, Lavi. Halloween is Coming
Halloween party? I have absolutely no idea what to wear. I haven't done Halloween since I was a little girl.
I tried going to a cosplay shop today, but most of what I saw was things that would give my brother a heart attack if I wore them.
Though I did see a Marie Antionette outfit for rent that was kind of nice . . . -

I can finally BREATHE again. I feel like we tore our souls out working on this single. And my day job wouldn't give me any time off, either. So I'd spend all day running errands and getting pawed, and all night in the studio. And then, when I got home, I was too wound up to sleep ( Read more... ) -

Life is much, much better since the incident that happened a couple of weeks ago blew over. We're all getting along now. Better still, I'm getting along with Lavi again. I think we're going to try writing together after this next rehearsal ( Read more... ) -
