((Would you mind bumping the time back a bit Sarah, to about 2:45? He has Transfiguration right now but she could catch him in transit to Potions?))
Enter the ingenious conversationist himself.
What incredible timing it must have been for Rae. She just happened to be to be at that place at that right time.
Jaser had just now exited from the Transfiguration classroom, soon to be on his way to the dungeons to Potions class. He was in need of a fine distraction himself, and who more suitable to fill those shoes other than she, for the moment at least? Rae was a woman after all. What woman did not like shoes?
Rae glanced up and smirked once she caught sight of a familiar figure and quickly caught up with him. She would be more than happy to fill those shoes, not only because she was a prime candidate and needed a little distraction herself, but she did indeed love shoes. What self respecting woman didn't? It was almost a right of passage for a woman to love shoes.
Now she was just focused on one thing though, and that was the man that was now next to her. With a calm and pleasant demeanor, she put an arm through one of his, looking up at him with her usual smirk.
"Mr. Cross, fancy meeting you here. Just got out of class?" She said while still keeping an eye on some of the older classmates passing by her. Hmm sadly none of them could help her gossip needs. Oh well.
