Currently Involving: Avery Kellaway
People were buzzing about like something interesting had happened, but the looks on their faces told of a different story. It was mostly just like any other day, and the week just like any other week. Except for those in the 5th and 6th year, since they'd be called in for a career counselling talk with the professors. But as a fourth year, Avery wasn't part of that either, which left her with the option of reading, doing her homework and, since Soren wouldn't be going called in for his session till the next day, maybe seeing if he wanted to hang out. They'd probably end up talking about it anyway.
So right now, as she made parallel lines on her mashed potato with her fork, she looked around the Great Hall, lips pursed in anticipation of one of her fellow Gryffs coming to accompany her or something. Or she could finish up the mashed potato, which was probably what her father would nag her about if he was around, and then go for a short walk before Study Hall. Nop, she wasn't going to skip study hall, though technically, she had studied on her own.
But maybe if someone were to give her a good enough reason... No, no, let's not even go there.
