So the Gryffindors had been practicing for a couple weeks now; that didn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Wes was sure of his team, as he'd had many of the players for a couple years. However, now was the time to start practicing for the season. He needed to see which of his players were rusty and needed work, and which of them would hold up well under the pressure.
So he'd called the practice at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. It was the first test, really -- were they disciplined enough to get up and be able to play?
He would be finding out shortly.
He was standing on the Pitch, holding his broom, patiently waiting for his players to arrive.
